I'm currently a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Applied Economics at Renmin University of China. I am interested in industrial organization (IO) and its applications in energy and environmental economics. 

My current research focuses on China’s electricity market. In particular, I use IO methods and structural models to understand how market participants behave under existing market designs, and whether the market rules can lead to efficient market outcomes. I am also interested in how policy instruments can support cost-effective decarbonization of electricity sector.
