I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. I obtained my Ph.D. in marketing from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I am interested in studying marketing mix effectiveness, crisis management and behavioural decision-making. My work has been published in the International Journal of Research in Marketing.
