You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions. The app itself, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belongs to Fatma Ergene.
Fatma Ergene is committed to ensuring that the HugKiss AI app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The HugKiss AI app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and could result in the HugKiss AI app not working properly or at all.
The app does use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Fatma Ergene will not take responsibility for. Some functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider, but Fatma Ergene cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your mobile data allowance.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, please remember that your mobile network provider’s terms of agreement will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the app, as well as other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home country without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Similarly, Fatma Ergene cannot take responsibility for how you use the app. For example, it is your responsibility to keep your device charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the HugKiss AI app, Fatma Ergene cannot accept responsibility.
When using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that while we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third-party sources for information. Fatma Ergene accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you may experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS – the system requirements for iOS (or any additional platforms we extend availability to) may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the app. Fatma Ergene does not guarantee that the app will always be updated to remain compatible with your device’s iOS version. However, by using the app, you agree to always accept updates when offered.
We may also choose to discontinue providing the app at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, upon termination:
(a) The rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.
(b) You must stop using the app and delete it from your device if necessary.
I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any updates by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
