Commission Info

PROCESS AND DELIVERY-

•Before I begin, you must send me instructions and reference images (Be as detailed as you can)

     Anything works- Photos, other artist's artwork,  collages, even stick figures.

     The more you can describe regarding the positions of poses, clothing, body proportions, etc. the better

•The commission will go through stages -

    1.  3D mock-up
    2.  Sketch       

    3.  Lineart

    5.  Shading/ Coloring / Rendering

• While I'm working on your commission I'll periodically send you progress updates.

• The time it takes to finish your commission will vary depending on various factors such as health, complexity of commissioned piece, etc.

• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.

• Once the piece is finished  you will receive the full-resolution image. 

    Note that there is no physical product. But you are permitted to print the finished piece out for personal use.

Note:  In case you have chosen to pay half at the start  and half at the end, 

               you will receive the full resolution image only once the other half has been paid!

REVISIONS-

•  3D Stage  - 

   You can demand as many changes as you like  

• Sketch stage -

  You can demand up to 2 changes to the art piece free of charge.

• Lineart stage- 

 You can demand up to 2 changes to the art piece free of charge.

• Coloring Stage- 

 You can demand up to 2 changes to the art piece free of charge.

 (I will charge extra for any additional changes based on time spent on said changes.)

• Detailed rendering -  

Any changes during this stage will cost extra based on time spent on said changes

Any changes that are made due to my misunderstanding of your initial instructions will be free of charge.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY-

• I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. 

    Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

    1. Promote myself with it 

    2. Publish and monetize it wherever and however I want

    3. Display it anywhere to my liking

     4. Post it on any platform

• The following is considered copyright infringement:

1. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - making money off it in any way.

2. Claiming the artwork as your own

• The buyer is allowed to:

1. Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

2. Print the artwork for personal use

3. Use the artwork to promote themselves.

     You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.

I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased).

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY-

• The buyer is allowed a 50% refund (Of the amount paid up-till cancelation) From the start of the commission, up until I have finished the lineart stage.
      (So for example, if you ordered a commission with colors and shading, once  the lineart is finished you are no longer eligible for a refund). 

• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all before mentioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, the artist, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.
