HuePop (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “application”, “app”, or “the app”) takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, used, and protected when you use HuePop. Please read this policy carefully before using the app.
HuePop uses Fal.ai, a third-party AI service, to process user-uploaded images and generate the requested edits. Uploaded images are processed temporarily only as necessary to generate and deliver the requested result. Images may include faces. However, HuePop does not collect, extract, analyse, or store facial or biometric data. We do not perform facial recognition or attempt to identify individuals.
User-provided images are securely transmitted to Fal.ai solely to perform the editing operation explicitly requested by the user.
Images and related instructions are processed temporarily and are not used by HuePop for advertising, profiling, identity verification, facial recognition, or any unrelated purpose.
HuePop may process user-uploaded images that contain human faces. This section explains how images containing faces are handled.
HuePop does not specifically collect, detect, extract, or identify face data as a separate category of information. However, images voluntarily uploaded by users may contain faces as part of the image content.
Images that may contain faces are processed solely to provide the app’s requested photo-editing features, such as: Color Pop, Photo Pop, etc. Processing is performed through Fal.ai. HuePop does not perform facial recognition, face tracking, biometric analysis, identity verification, or profiling based on facial features.
To provide AI-powered editing features, uploaded images are securely transmitted to Fal.ai.
Images are shared only for the purpose of generating the editing result requested by the user. They are not shared with other third parties for advertising, profiling, facial recognition, or unrelated purposes.
HuePop does not store uploaded images on its own servers.
Images, including images that may contain faces, are processed temporarily and are not retained by HuePop after processing is complete. HuePop does not retain facial or biometric data.
Edited images and history items may be stored locally on the user’s device so users can access previous results.
Images are uploaded and processed only after the user actively selects an image and requests an editing feature.
Before the first use of an AI-powered feature, users may be presented with a Data & Privacy Disclosure. Processing begins only after the user selects Agree & Continue.
Users who select Decline will not be able to use features that require third-party AI processing.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect images during transmission and processing.
However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
HuePop uses Fal.ai to process uploaded images and editing instructions.
