You can make sure your phone's data is up-to-date with Samsung Cloud. It will sync data on multiple devices, so they'll have the latest information. For example, if you added a new Calendar event or contact on your phone, they will appear on other devices that are signed into the same Samsung account.

You use some apps more than others - no worries, you can customize which apps automatically sync. When sync is enabled for the same app on multiple devices, your data will follow you no matter which device you use!

You can customise which apps automatically sync depending on which you use more frequently. If synchronisation is enabled for the same app on multiple devices, you will be able to access your data on all of these devices.

Hello, I am using Samsung Galaxy watch (B62B) (Model No. SM-R800) for syncing my Strava activity. It was working almost fine till yesterday until I encountered issue on syncing my morning run from Strava to Strava servers through watch. Little did I realise at that time that it can be something to do with watch.samsung.strava being down and did multiple things to fix and now have landed up in difficult situation. Looking for some assistance now.

Issues:

Hello! So I am currently facing an issue which is quite irritating. I am trying to sync my photos from my Samsung Gallery to my OneDrive. If I do this directly via the Samsung Gallery app, the sync starts and it goes as expected.

The photos I take with my phone are now saved in 2 places and they are therefore being duplicated. They are being saved in the "Camera roll" folder and in the "Samsung Gallery/DCIM/Camera" folder path.

This is obviously not what I want. I want just the "Samsung Gallery/DCIM/Camera" folder path because the "Camera roll" folder does not act as a 2 way sync. Meaning that if I delete something from "Samsung Gallery/DCIM/Camera" folder path, the photos are also deleted on my phone, but if I delete something from "Camera roll", it's not being deleted from my phone or from "Samsung Gallery/DCIM/Camera" folder path.

I have checked everywhere I can and I found a similar thread which is now closed:

An additional point is that I can't sync all of the albums that I have in my Samsung Gallery to my OneDrive. So I have for example Whatsapp Videos and Whatsapp photos folders in my Gallery. But in the settings, I can't select these 2 albums for the OneDrive sync.

Could you please provide me with some guidance here?

@DanG92263this is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much for your help

Let me tell everyone else exactly what I have done to get it working on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10e) in case someone looks for this later.

The first thing was activating the sync via the Samsung Gallery app (logging in, connecting my Samsung account to Microsoft, etc.).

Then I selected my album to sync (the Camera album). That started appearing on my PC in the OneDrive pictures folder (in "Camera roll" and in "Samsung Gallery/DCIM"). As expected, Camera roll still kept getting photos but being out of sync, super annoying.

I then disconnected the sync from the Samsung Gallery app and emptied the "Camera roll" folder in the OneDrive Pictures folder on my computer. I also turned the option off for "Media storage" from the "Settings app>Accounts and backup>Manage accounts>OneDrive>Sync account>Media Storage = Off".

This has discontinued my sync with the "Camera roll" folder on my PC's OneDrive and has only left the "Samsung Gallery>DCIM" folder in my OneDrive and now only 1 folder is syncing (both ways!!)

It took me quite a bit to figure it out but it works!

I have a problem with my audio and video being in sync; only with broadcast cable tv(set top box). All of the apps as well as streaming from computer wirelessly are in sync perfectly. But cable tv is out of sync ever so slightly to be very annoying. How can that be remedied. When I hooked up tv; it supposedly updated to the latest version. My model is the 55 inch Frame Tv 2021.

Thanks to Matthew Chan at Samsung I was able to download the update 1708 to my frame tv and now the sync to my cable box is correct. I think problem is fixed as it has stayed correct. When you download the file to your computer...extract it and then only drag the T-NKM2AKUC folder to the usb drive. Plug in the drive to the one box, go to support and check for downloads , it will find it on the usb, it will download, tv will turn off then back on and voila...fixed!

There is an update . Update to version 1708. I just did it and now everything is in sync. I got the tip from someone at samsung. Make sure you only drag over the file named T-NKM2AKUC to the usb, otherwise the tv doesn't see it.

I have just purchased the S22 plus phone and S8 Ultra tablet. One of the main reasons for buying both products is the seamless compatibility I was expecting between them. Love both products but I am having trouble syncing the Samsung calendar on my phone with the same calendar on my tablet - nothing has been synced. The calendar settings on both devices are identical and both are logged into both my Samsung and Google accounts. Tried everything I can think of as well as usual on-line help advice but nothing is working

The sync is perfect upon beginning a stream / program but in 5-15minutes, the audio has fallen significantly behind the video feed and is no longer matched. The sync can be "reset" by simply pausing and then playing the program again but this needs to be performed almost continuously throughout a show or movie and is not a sustainable solution.

I checked the audio sync option but it is not available when I have it set to Bluetooth. I tried changing it when I had it set to HDMI but this had no effect (tried 300 and 0).

Is there something that can be done to fix this?

Hello! I'm having the same problem and I'm really not liking this soundbar so far. I tried putting the "Digital Output Audio Delay" to 0 (default is 100) on the Samsung Q-80 TV sound menu, but that didn't help. I also tinkered with the sync on the soundbar, but that didn't work either. The lips are always moving faster than the sound , so I need to sync in the negative and that's not an option. I sure hope someone comments on here and helps us out!

Update! After exhaustive research, I finally found a solution that works for me. In the sound menu of my Samsung Q80T, I changed the Digital Output Audio Format from Auto to PCM. This immediately fixed the audio sync issues. Hope it works for you too!

Folders in Samsung Notes can be selected individually to sync with Microsoft apps. The sync relationship of a selected folder is indicated in Settings, with a small OneNote icon displayed after the folder name.

You can export your notes if you have signed into Samsung Notes and then synced your account to OneNote. Samsung Notes synced to OneNote are stored in Outlook.com, along with your mail, calendar, and contacts, and they can be exported along with other Outlook.com items. For more information, see Export mailbox and delete search history in Outlook.com.

I have both Samsung Health and Google Fit connected to Strava, but the app will not sync to either of them. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Watch Pro 5 to record and a Samsung Galaxy S21+ phone to look at the different apps.

I've tried:

- Logging out and back in on Strava

Thanks for getting back to us. Only activities recorded after you link your accounts will be synced. For the other issue with new activities not syncing to Google Fit or Samsung Health, I'm going to ask you to please submit a support ticket and our Support Team will be happy to work directly with you to investigate what might be happening. Thanks so much.

All activities recorded on Strava show up in my feed, but do not sync to other apps. Also, there are no notifications suggesting there are any sync issues.

I've updated the journal tab several times over a few days without any change.

Are activities limited to after the accounts were linked? Will the applications not sync previously recorded data?

I just went on a swim using Samsung Health and I can confirm that it synced to Strava, but older activities do not seem to be syncing.

I have done some short start/stop tests on Strava making sure to get GPS before stopping the activity, but these still have not synced to Fit or Health.

As I mentioned in the first post, I've tried editing posts to see if that solves it but haven't had any luck.

If you find that your activity has not synced to Google Fit after using the steps above, it will be necessary to edit the activity on Strava in order to trigger the sync action. Once you save the activity again it should push over to Google Fit.

I have noticed that I can see my Samsung Notes in the OneNote feed. Excited, I opened the Samsung Notes and there is no option to sync with OneNote ? I'm using the latest version from Galaxy Store.

Did you know that TVs and soundbars did not work in sync until now? Samsung has made it a reality by introducing a feature called Q-Symphony. A unique and intelligent feature, it takes the amazing sound output from your TV and combines it with the soundbar simultaneously.

For synchronised sound experience that transports users to another world, Samsung Neo QLED TVs come equipped with Q-Symphony feature that uniquely allows TV and soundbar speakers to operate simultaneously for an accurate and balanced audio delivery, filling your room with rich and multidimensional sound. Once enabled, you can control the volume and other audio settings using a single remote, simplifying your experience. e24fc04721
