Notepad, Notes & Reminders

1. Overview

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information in the "Notepad, Notes & Reminders" app. We do not collect or store any personal or sensitive user data.


2. Permissions We Use and Why

We request the following permissions solely for functionality purposes:

  • INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE:
    Used to check internet availability for optional features such as syncing (if added) or displaying ads.

  • ACCESS_WIFI_STATE & CHANGE_WIFI_STATE:
    Helps the app understand WiFi status, for improving performance and optimizing app features (e.g., syncing reminders, if applicable). No data is collected.

  • VIBRATE:
    Allows the app to vibrate the device for reminder alerts or notification feedback.

  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS:
    Enables us to send you local reminders or alerts you've set in the app (like notes, tasks, or alarms).

  • SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM:
    Required to schedule timely reminders or alerts, especially for time-based tasks or notes.

  • RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED:
    Ensures your reminders and alarms are restored correctly after your phone is restarted.


3. Data Collection & Usage

  • We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information.

  • All notes, reminders, and content are stored locally on your device.

  • We do not access your contacts, media, calendar, or location.

  • If any third-party analytics or ads are implemented (e.g., AdMob), they only collect anonymized usage data to improve performance and personalization.


4. Third-Party Services

If we use advertising networks or analytics providers (e.g., Google AdMob, Firebase), they may collect limited, non-personal data like device type, usage frequency, and region. This helps enhance user experience and app performance. You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings.



5. User Control & Rights

  • You can revoke app permissions anytime from your device settings.

  • Uninstalling the app removes all local notes and stops all alarms/reminders.

  • We do not maintain any user accounts, so there is no login or registration required.


6. Data Security

All data is processed locally on your device. No data is uploaded to our servers. Reminders and notes remain secure on your phone unless you manually back them up or share them.

   📄 End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Holiday Studio for the mobile application “Notepad, Notes & Reminders” (“App”).

By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License

Holiday Studio grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.

  • Use the App for any unlawful activity.

  • Reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

  • Interfere with the App's performance or networks connected to it.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Holiday Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the App.

1. Use of the App

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no guarantees that the App will be error-free or always available.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Holiday Studio be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, functionality, or productivity.

4. In-App Advertisements and Mediation

This app may display ads through mediation services such as Facebook Audience Network, AdMob, or others. These services may collect anonymized data to improve ad relevance. You may opt out of personalized ads via your device settings.

5. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.

7. GDPR Compliance

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right to Access: Request access to your personal data.

Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.

Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), is an integral part of our End User License Agreement (“EULA”), and governs the processing and transfer of personal data collected or processed by Company. (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) when you accessing or using our mobile application or our services, all as detailed in the applicable EULA (respectively the “App” and “Service”).

Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the EULA.

In order to exercise any of Your rights under the CCPA, and if you are a California resident, You can email or call us or visit our "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" section or web page.

The Company will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonable necessary and with prior notice.

Service Providers have access to Your Personal Data only to perform their tasks on Our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Advertising & Mediation Partners
