[Greetings]

Hello, this is Prof. Hyun-Seok Kim from the Division of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at Dongguk University. Welcome to our Nano Electronics Laboratory.

Our lab focuses on researching various MEMS-based components, such as flexible sensors and energy devices, using semiconductor compounds, conductive polymers, and transition metal nanostructures. Additionally, we conduct research in areas including nanostructure characterization and analysis, semiconductor processing, power semiconductors, thermoelectric devices, and AI-based data analysis. Through these research topics, we aim to conduct fundamental researches on component/material/process/design technology with the goal of promoting collaborative research and activating research endeavors through interdisciplinary connections among fields such as electronics, materials science, and chemistry.

안녕하세요. 동국대학교 전기전자공학부 김현석입니다. 나노전자 연구실에 방문하신 것을 환영합니다.

우리 연구실은 반도체 화합물과 전도성 고분자 및 전이금속 나노구조체를 이용하여 유연센서 및 에너지 소자등 다양한 MEMS 기반의 소자를 연구하고 있습니다. 또한 나노소자구조 특성 및 분석, 반도체 공정 연구, 전력반도체, 열전소자, 인공지능 기반 데이터 분석 등 여러 연구분야를 기반으로 연구활동을 이어나가고 있습니다. 이와 같은 연구주제를 통해  전자, 소재, 화학 등의 다양한 학문 간 연계를 통한 공동 연구 및 연구 활성화를 목표로 소자/재료/공정/설계 원천기술 연구를 수행하고자 합니다.
