HRSoft (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) mobile application designed to help organizations manage employee attendance, leave, payroll, and other internal HR operations.

Employee name

Employee ID / Employee code

Email address or mobile number

1.2 Attendance & HR Data

To provide core HR services, we collect:

Check-in (Mark In) and check-out (Mark Out) times

Attendance status and dates

Leave records (CL, EL, Short Leave, etc.)

Payroll and payslip-related information

1.3 Location Information

The app may collect location data to support attendance and compliance features:

Location is captured during Mark In / Mark Out

Used to verify workplace or assigned work location

Background location access may be used only when required for attendance or tracking features enabled by the organization.

📍 Location data is not used for advertising or personal tracking.

1.4 Camera & Media Access

The app uses camera and media access for:

Capturing attendance photos

Uploading documents or images (leave proof, profile photo, etc.)

Camera or gallery access is used only after user permission.

1.5 Technical & Device Information

We may collect limited technical data such as:

Device type and operating system version

App usage and performance logs

This data is used solely for app stability, performance monitoring, and bug fixing.

2. Permissions We Use

HRSoft requests the following Android permissions to enable core functionality:

INTERNET – To connect with secure servers and sync HR data

CAMERA – For attendance photo capture and document uploads

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION – To verify attendance location

ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION – For location-based attendance features when enabled

FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION – To support active attendance and tracking services

READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – To allow users to select and upload images or documents

All permissions are used only for HRMS-related features.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Manage employee attendance and leave

Generate payroll and HR reports

Enable internal HR communication

Improve app functionality and reliability

We do not use user data for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
