Mr Chips 

Our smallest goat with a big personality.  Mr. Chips is the self-proclaimed mayor of Hope Rising Farm. You can find him in almost anyone's enclosure, but his own. He loves to visit the paddocks to socialize with the horses and eat their grass, interact with visitors, and is happy to eat any treat you may offer. His bleat is immediately recognizable and you can hear it many places around the barn. He will certainely make you smile!
