Welcome to the HP Lab at the UST, Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI). Our research group focuses on leveraging data science, bioinformatics, and advanced computational methods to address complex challenges in biology and medicine.

At the intersection of big data and life sciences, we strive to develop innovative approaches for integrating and analyzing large-scale biological datasets. Our work spans several key areas:

• Data mining and integration of genomic, and clinical data

• Development of computational tools for drug repurposing and discovery

• Application of network analysis to understand disease mechanisms

• Single-cell biology including immune disorders

• Application of LLM and DeepLearnings (AI)
