Hair Pullers Anonymous (HPA) is a nation-wide fellowship of individuals who, through our shared experience, strength, and hope are recovering from compulsive hair pulling, also known as trichotillomania. We follow the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous
Nationwide phone meetings:
Saturday mornings from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM EST
Sunday evenings from 8:00-9:00 PM EST
Please email us at email@example.com and confirm whether you are a hair puller and over the age of 18. Once we receive that information, we will send the conference call details.
