Thank you for the suggestion but I did it multiple times already. Each time I tried different combinations of the following: uninstalled the old driver, uninstalled the device, let the Windows install it, installed third party diagnostic software, asked the software to install all drivers, installed HP assistant, asked the assistant to install all drivers, manually uninstalled the drivers and installed them again, etc. The physical device is missing from the device manager and HWinfo.

We have HP ProOne 400 G2 and have SCCM to deploy our win 7 image . Image deploys and I see drivers being downloaded and installed but keyboard and mouse and not sure what else doesn't work? Video driver seems to be being installed and works. Please please can anyone help me as it's driving me mad... tried windows 10 and that works fine with the windows 10 drivers but windows 7 drivers are a mystery why they failing ??? :0 (
