There are several types of PINs that can be placed on the lapel to get a fashion accent:
BOUTONIERE
The most formal of men's lapel pins, the boutonnière is a floral pin that can be made of real flowers and one pin or fabric - high-quality usually made of silk. Because of their shape, these are commonly worn at black-tie parties, funerals, and weddings.
LONG SENTENCE POINTS
Long-stem is a modern fashion pin for a modern man. With a list of different styles, you will be able to find your favorite item for any event. Famous designs are made of metal and are made of flowers, feathers, animals - the variety is huge. Each will have a long PIN to attach it securely to the lapel.
DAILY BACKS / PINS
A badge or a pin can be a fun way to make your own dress. Similar to cufflinks, they are available in a variety of different designs; you can find anything from gemstones, personal badges to antique pins.

HOW TO WEAR A LAPEL PIN
WHICH SITUATION SHOULD BE THE LAPEL PIN
So where does the lapel pin fit into the garment? There is one rule in particular when it comes to pinning pins: it should be on the left. Slightly below the collar point and north of the square of your pocket if you wear one.
Some suit jackets will have buttonholes designed for this purpose. But if you do not have one, you may be able to pierce the PIN carefully toward the objects. Be careful to make sure you do not spare or damage your jacket suit material!
LAPEL PIN ON TIRE
If you are not wearing a jacket, but a sports tie, you can add a pin to your tie. In this case, it is very common to put the pin in the middle of the tire. However, if you are wearing a coat, it is a good practice to put it on the left packet than anywhere else.
LAPEL PIN ON LEDRESS SHEET
If you are not wearing a jacket or tie you can put a PIN on your shirt. This can be placed on the left side of the shirt, near the heart, where the lapel used to be.
LAPEL PIN IN THE WORLD
To show off the lapel pins you can always put them on your jacket. For everyday wear, it is common to use badges or small pins as coat pins. Many high-quality and formal jackets will fit a buttonhole on the left lapel. If not, you can pin these straps on the left or collar to give the look of your outerwear that part of your personality.

HOW TO INSTALL BOUTONNIÈRE
One of the ongoing arguments is that the bottom of the boutonnière or long stem pins should be visible or hidden behind the lapel. Although the hidden pin-pin is very traditional, it is becoming increasingly popular to keep the display low to look a little, cool - especially if it is a minimal pin design. There is no right or wrong way. Try both and see how you feel about your collection.
Because of the wide range available, choosing the color of your PIN can end up being a difficult decision. We believe that the color of your pin should match your remaining suit rather than combine it with colors or patterns that match your tie or the square of your pocket. If in doubt, go for a medium color such as white or gray which complements many colors.
While you may be a big fan of all-out appearances, adding more can be a serious faux-pas. Wearing a lot of lapel pins, even if the lapel pins are really cool, can sometimes look dirty unless for a reason like Remembrance poppy. For a sophisticated look, it is usually best to look down.
WHEN TO LAPEL PIN
Now that you know how to wear a lapel pin, it is best to distinguish the right and wrong times to wear lapel pins when there are a variety of shapes and sizes.
LEGAL EVENTS
Additional official events are a great opportunity to showcase your lapel pins. If you are wearing a tuxedo for a formal or black event the lapels will usually stand out. This type of lapel is usually very formal and trendy. However, shawl columns are also acceptable. In these cases, it is customary to wear a lapel pin on the left lap that should already have a functional buttonhole. Wearing a tuxedo is a boutonnière opportunity - real flowers with colors for an official event.
A boutonniere, real or material, can be worn for a wedding. The most popular and traditional flower is the carnation. White carnation is the official color, but other colors and flowers are becoming more common. Usually, when associated with the theme of the wedding, other methods such as lavender, roses, and sunflowers have been used.
