Step By Step:

Gather your safety equipment: Glove and Goggles

Place the 2 pieces of material to be spot welded in between the electrodes

Clamp the metal in place by pushing down on the lever.

Check that your metal is correctly positioned.

Pull or push the switch found under the handle.

Hold for 2-3 seconds or until the spot weld is 1/4" in diameter.

Turn off but remain clamped.

let cool for 3 seconds and release.

Do not touch the spot weld it will be HOT!
