To set up Friday Flowers, we will typically do that over the phone so if you want to give us a call at your convenience at 507-645-4956. Having a designated place on the website may get confusing for the general public ordering flowers.

Q: How many weeks of Friday Flowers am I supposed to buy? Can I only buy one? What do other parents do?

A: You can do Friday Flowers as regularly or infrequently as you'd like. When you call you can pre-pay for many or call whenever you'd like to purchase. It's totally up to you. We only ask that folks order by at least Wednesday each week. The minimum bunch amount is $15! If you were to buy at least 10 bunches/Fridays worth of flowers we are able to offer a $10 bunch! People do literally every option under the sun, so just choose what works best for you and your budget.

Q: When should I order by?

A: We MUST receive orders by Wednesday of each week (Thursday, before 3pm at the VERY latest).

Q: What kind of flowers are you going to use for Friday Flowers? Can I pick?

A: We will be the ones who select flowers each week for students. Typically, we choose seasonal flowers and strive to give students something different each week. However, if there are extraordinary circumstances like a birthday, we will do our best to honor requests.

Q: Is $15 the only option for a bunch of flowers?

A: No, you can spend however much you want! $15 is just the minimum amount and an amount we have determined fits well in the students mailboxes. However, its not uncommon to go up by intervals of $5 if you want a bigger bunch.

Q: Where do the flowers get delivered?

A: For both colleges the flowers are delivered to the students mailboxes.

Q: Can you call my student when the flowers are there?

A: We will text your student the first time they receive Friday Flowers but after that it is up to them to check or their loved ones to let them know to look in their mailbox.

Q: Can I send a plant or an arrangement instead?

A: No, anything that we need to deliver elsewhere and/or is too large for the mailbox is not Friday Flowers and will incur a delivery fee. Friday Flowers are only loose flowers wrapped in paper that are placed in a students mailbox at the same time as all of the other students receiving Friday Flowers

Q: Can I send personalized messages for each of the weeks I purchase.

A: Yes, HOWEVER, we MUST receive the message by Wednesday of each week (Thursday, before 3pm at the VERY latest) if we do not receive a card message by then we will use our discretion to write an general encouraging note. We prepare everything except the flowers before Friday and receiving card messages late results in all of the students recieving flowers late. A common solution if you want to write your own messages is to pre-write all of them and email them all over to us at once.

Q: Do you even think a guy would like this?

A: This is appropriate for all genders. Flowers do not have a gender and everyone likes a little encouragement.
