How To ^NEW^ Download Vk Videos On Android

I converted my webview application to android app using android studio. Everything works great except the picture uploader which does not respond at all. Within webview it works great but not in the app. The pic uploader does not throw up any options or go to picture gallery as it does in webview. Kindly help if you have a solution to this.

I regularly use CCleaner on my android phone without any problems but recently it unfortunately deleted all my photos and videos. I'm not sure what exactly I hit in order to do this but I know I watched an advertisement video in order to use the feature that's normally only available through the pro subscription service. I then used a file recovery app to try to get my photos and videos back but unfortunately it has messed things up, duplicated files and put everything in one single folder, removed previous folders and jumbled all my photos up in a random order and I'm no longer able to order them by date. Also because it was duplicating files my phone ran out of memory before everything was recovered so photos and videos are still missing. My question is...is there any way to totally reverse all this and get everything back the way it was before they were deleted by CCleaner? I would really appreciate your help.
