I added a widget connector to my document in order to embed Microsoft stream videos, however, when I published the document, it just shows a settings symbol and states "web.microsoftstream.com"; image is below. It doesn't show the video but when I use tried to embed a YouTube video using widget connector, the video worked.

An imperfect solution until the professor does enable downloads would be to use Audacity (which allows you to select the audio stream and record it with no patch cord) or another audio recording app with a patch cord from your sound output jack to your sound input jack, and record audio only.
