If the survey was published from Connect 3.14 this is expected. With 3.14 we've made some changes to feature services published from Connect to provide the most security on the service. Once of these changes is disabling editing of sent surveys by default.

To reenable editing sent surveys you'll need to go to the Options tab in Connect and enable edit for Sent surveys and republish the form. After that you will also need to go to the Survey123 website and on the Collaborate tab under What can submitters do, select "Add and update records".

I'm having an issue where I am able to see "Edit and Resend" is available in Sent folder. However, when I pull up the record to edit in the field app, nothing is editable. I can't change and of the values. I published the survey using Connect 3.13 and I have "Options>Enable Sent Folder and Allow sent surveys to be edited and resent" Also, I have enabled on Survey123 website on the Collaborate tab under What can submitters do, select "Add and update records". Any other settings I need to check to allow editors to edit and resend sent surveys?

I would like to include in a list contacts that haven't received a specific marketing email. Seems it's not possible right now in a "straight" way.

I know a workaround but that's not easy to use.

I see what you mean. Simply put the reason why it's not easy to have a list of people who haven't received an email is that HubSpot doesn't tag all contacts that don't receive an email but rather records associated email activities of those that have been sent a particular email.

I know how to get a shareable link for an email that has not been sent. What I need to know is, how do I get a shareable link for an email that HAS been sent. (Meaning a link that does NOT require someone to login to view it.)

I second @Paul Newcome's advice by including a button or something they need to respond with. In addition to the specific person I included a specific contact person (add an Assigned To column) to the automation emails. This way I can confirm if the automations are being sent. Some people may have unsubscribed from the automation emails (option at the bottom).

to the /cryosparc_master/config.sh early this day, and tried to queue 4 of my jobs; it seems like the killer signal was not sent during this time, and 3 of these jobs done completely after 5~10 hours running (the last one is still running, seems working normally to me).

To reproduce the problem:

#1 fill out a blank form in ODK Collect;

#2 send this submission to ONA (possibly, to any other Aggregate server);

#3 delete the sent finalized submission via ODK Collect >> Delete saved Form;

#4 delete the corresponding blank form in ODK Collect >> Delete saved Form (without opening View Sent Form);

#5 open View Sent Form (the deleted submission will be there).

It won't help if you get (pull) the corresponding blank form again.

if you checked the option delete after send it will appear like the screen shot because form sent and deleted executed within less than a minute.

The problem is (at least for those managing a lot of forms with frequent and lots of data = there are always saved submissions on the collecting device) that after a while the sent form list grows to an indefinite length = the view sent form feature becomes useless because you can't reset it with saved submissions.

#1 The thing is that in former ODK Collect versions the View Sent Form did behave differently IF:

if you didn't delete the blank form definition after sending and deleting the corresponding submissions then looking at the main menu of ODK Collect you could still see the number of sent forms next to the View Sent Form entry (button) but on opening View Sent Form the deleted ones disappeared (>>??ODK Collect scanned the directory??)

#2 This feature would be useful if it worked as detailed above (you only delete a sent submission when it was successful anyway plus if you want to check a sent in data, you do it in ODK Aggregate)

OR if you can reset/delete sent and deleted submissions from this view without the necessity to upload all submissions from your device.

So I'd return the question: what's the point of this feature behaving in this way? Why to keep a partial memo of data sent in long ago?
