I have a 32" landscape, a 24" portait, and 24" landscape monitor(in that order left to right) and I often like to have videos and streams up on the portrait one, but the twitch viewing experience for a 9*16 window is very poor. This doesn't happen just with twitch, also happens with netflix/hbo max etc. It's any video on 2nd monitor through browser. I haven't tried any other methods of watching videos(external blu ray player etc)

Following this. I've been having the same thing happen to me for about a month now. The problem went away for approximately 8 days when I updated my AMD Chipset drivers, but it just happened again.
