Background:  Injury patterns in elite athletes over long periods continue to evolve. The goal of this study was to review of the injuries and medical conditions afflicting athletes competing in the National Basketball Association (NBA) over a 17-year period.

In 2017 I continued the trend I had put into motion in 2016 of putting work before play. This drastically decreased my travel plans for the year, but on the inverse skyrocketed my productivity (who would have thought!).

I scheduled in long blocks of a month or more to just get work done, including Japan in April, much of the summer in the U.S. (in between the random road trips), and the last three months of the year in Bangkok and Tanzania. Of course, in between all of that I was also working, but I found that I was at peak productivity whenever I had a few consecutive weeks in a row in which I could work consistently.

Summer funding is provided only to those Ph.D. students who successfully complete the second academic year. Students who have been switched to the M.A. track are responsible for paying their own tuition and fees, and will not receive a summer stipend.

Summer funding is provided only for those Ph.D. students who successfully complete their third academic year. Students who have been switched to the M.A. track are responsible for paying their own tuition and fees, and will not receive a summer stipend.

Students may apply for the Graduate School Summer Research Fellowship (GSSRF). However summer funding is not guaranteed after the sixth academic year. Students may also seek experiential opportunities such as teaching a summer course, working as an RA or as a GA, or working in an internal or external internship; or may apply for other internal and external funding through The Graduate School's Find Funding page.

The application of IFRS 16 in fiscal year 2019 partially limits the comparability of some performance indicators towards the prior-year figures. Additional information on the first time application of IFRS 16 are presented in the Annual Report 2019.

There are numerous studies regarding pulmonary sequelae after COVID-19 at 12 months (8, 10, 20). These prospective cohorts of patients already point to a high prevalence of pulmonary involvement represented by an abnormal DLCO and many chest CT findings. This is especially important in those with the most severe disease in the acute phase, where 54% of patients have abnormal DLCO values and 87% have at least one abnormal chest CT pattern at 1 year of follow-up (10). However, to date, the literature focusing on the long follow-up of critically ill survivors of COVID-19 is scarce (21). Gamberini et al. (21) described 51.5% of patients with abnormal DLCO, with 70.3% of patients having fibrotic changes on chest CT and 40.5% having ground-glass opacities or consolidation at 1 year. These data are even more worrisome than ours, probably because this group focused on invasively ventilated patients. Further studies are needed to create or validate scores to identify patients at high risk of pulmonary sequelae on chest CT (22).

Another important issue is persistent symptoms and post-COVID syndrome in critically ill COVID-19 survivors. The literature shows that a wide variety of symptoms and impairment of health-related quality of life at 1 year are very frequent (21). Our results go in line with others that shows a high proportion of ongoing symptoms as well as a substantial new disability and reduced health quality of life in critically ill COVID-19 survivors (23). Moreover, our results show no differences in the prevalence of symptoms or post-COVID syndrome between discharged patients and those who needed to continue the follow-up in the unit. This highlights the need for a more precise definition of post-COVID syndrome (24). In our cohort, symptoms such as dyspnea and fatigue were explained by DLCO and FACYT score measurements, while the other symptoms were not. This result should be interpreted with caution because it could be explained by the overlap of ARDS sequelae (25, 26), the so-called postintensive care syndrome (PICS) (27) and the post-COVID syndrome (28). Interestingly, a study performed by Hodgson and colleagues (29, 30) showed that COVID-19 and non-COVID-19 PICS at 6 months after ICU admission are at least phenotypically similar, with similar post-ICU care. Be that as it may and consequently, these critical survivors have a high consumption rate of health resources (31) that must be managed in an adequate post-COVID care unit.

My Tax year calculation 20-21 said for Income Tax, Class 2 and Class 4, I owe 1443.60 yet for that year I have paid 4,470 which I have double checked and is correct! So ultimately there is a [***] up somewhere, Im either owed a few grand, or HMRC's automated systems have some minor issues!

I wondered if anyone could help as I have been through the previous year and the figures match to the penny! The Bank doesn't care, my broker has tried to explain to them but again they aren't interested and it is now delaying the purchase of my house!

In the part of the website where you can see your tax year overview there is a link to see the payments actually made that will show you where they've been allocated, I would check there first to find out what happened to the 4,470.

Hi I am a first time buyer and self employed, I have applied for a mortgage with barclays through a broker but they would not lend as my Tax year overview does not match my SA302 accounts by 12 which seems silly. This is due to intrest added because of late filing by a couple of days by my accountant and is clearly shown and broken down in the tax year overview. I rang HMRC who have said they will try to appeal the intrest but could take months and is not guaranteed. Any help on what to do next would be really appreciated, do you know of lenders who would accept the difference? I have statements from HMRC clearly explaining the difference and why it was added. Thanks in advance

The Ohio Resident Educator (RE) Program began in 2011, and is a comprehensive, two-year initiative to assist beginning teachers with mentoring and professional development as they start their education careers. The RE Program is designed to improve teacher retention, enhance teacher quality, and result in improved student achievement. The RE Program can be envisioned as a professional pathway to continued professional learning, leading educators to more effective practices and excellence in teaching.

Ohio Revised Code 3319.223 and Ohio Administrative Code 3301-24-04 provide the basis for the RE Program and the requirement to successfully pass the Resident Educator Summative Assessment (RESA). When teachers successfully complete program requirements, including the RESA component, they become eligible for a professional teaching license.

Changes to the RE Program beginning with the 2023-2024 school year:

As a mortgage adviser it is a weekly task (if not daily!) asking self employed applicants to provide evidence of earnings in the form or a SA302 tax calculation and tax year overview. You can guarantee every week that someone will send you the wrong document or tell you they don't know how to get them.

If you also need to print off other previous tax years as well. Click on "Your HMRC Services" again near the top of the screen. Then click "Self Assessment" (this is is a repeat of stages 10 & 11). The scroll down and click on "View more previous years Self Assessment"

Our teachers design innovative learning experiences with our annual, unique school-wide theme in mind. Each year, theme-related Read Aloud books are carefully selected and Math Vitamins are intentionally designed to connect with other subject areas. Aligning academic experiences to theme allows students to connect their learning to concepts beyond the classroom.

The UCDS continua documents are the foundation of curriculum planning. Although each school year is a unique experience, teachers carefully ensure that each important academic benchmark is included. These documents outline the developmental progression of skills in reading, writing, math, and reflective thinking. Using the continua as our road map guarantees that there is always an academic destination, even as the path differs from year to year.

Hi,

when I look on my yearly Energy overview, I can see March data are missing. But if I look on monthly overview Feb data are here and correct. Any idea how to get March data in year overview too? When I look in detail to the monthly April data, there are different data in yearly overview .vs. monthly overview (yearly data shows lower values than I can see on monthly overview. It looks like a data inconsistency what is showed yearly/monthly.

But I checked it again now and the March data are back. I did not changes in HA, so it looks like not complete data were selected before. What is interesting, the low carbon energy import is significantly lower that before in the year overview (green leaf icon).

Libraries are essential community assets offering information, connection, and educational programs to all residents, and this plan adds $48 million over five years to our investment in the Free Library, bringing the total five-year investment to $285 million.

The FY23-27 Plan increases funding of SEPTA by $9 million a year for a total of $100 million a year, a formula-based required contribution to leverage matching funds. The City will continue to work closely with SEPTA to deliver the Philadelphia Transit Plan, A Vision for 2045.

The Plan also makes a major investment, $27.9 million in FY23 and $144.6 million over five years, in the Housing Trust Fund for the construction of new affordable homes, the preservation and repair of existing homes, and homelessness prevention.

For the past several years the City has worked to reform fines and fees that disproportionately burden Black, Brown, and low-income Philadelphians. The FY23 Budget commits $750,000 to remove the cost to participate in the Accelerated Misdemeanor Program, so that ability to pay does not determine who can participate in this program that diverts individuals from the criminal justice system. ff782bc1db
