Hey guys, recently retired my android phone and decided to get an iPhone to replace it. When I was trying to download my Deezer music library, I thought I would have to leave my phone on for hours while all of my music downloaded (my WiFi is slow). Otherwise I would get a notification that the app had gone inactive and I would need to restart it to resume downloading

I am using a Moto z2 play Android phone. In the last 6 months I've started to notice my songs are skipping like a scratched cd and have been producing this popping noise. It started out on just one or two songs but not is like every 5th song. And it is always the same songs. I have I downloaded the playlists that seem to be affected and have uninstalled the Deezer app, restarted my phone and then reinstalled Deezer. It fixes it for a few weeks and then its back.

I have a Galaxy S9 and I have started experiencing the same issue about a month ago. Same predicament in that it was here and there and then more frequent. Really a drag when entertaining a small group via bluetooth device. I have been a deezer user/subscriber for almost 3 years now and have been trouble free until now. Hopefully this can be resolved sooner rather than later.

I tested with two phones and both have the same problem, with the same songs that are corrupt. Works on a laptop though. Seems like this is your core business, actually only business so what takes you so long fix this? Got better things to do?

 Honor 6 and 7 Lite.

Hi @Rudi ,

 Thank you for your reply.

For me these steps don't work, and I have even cleared my phone cache with Android Recovery Mode. I am still regularly redownloading my songs. I think this solution is just temporary for everyone affected by this issue.

The fix would be fine if you would have to do it once, but as a temporary fix it is just not acceptable.

I always loved Deezer more because it is less obnoxious in the free version, which actually made me pay for it. But right now it is not living up to the expectations.

Is there a team working on a solution for this problem?

1. Only me, my boyfriend and my dogs (for when they are home alone) have a profile within family membership. There is one phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) on which we sometimes switch between the profiles because we want to choose between playlists on those different profiles. On that phone the songs are not downloaded as we only use it at home for music. The playlists are not used simultaneously, except when we want to switch source. Then we purposely make the other one stop playing music by starting it on an other source.

I'm having similar issues. Listening on Mi true wireless earbuds via Bluetooth, app version 6.2.4.83 . Sounds like the connection is going in and out throughout most songs. There is no difference if they are downloaded or not. Have tried reinstalling and increasing smart cache with no luck. Have confirmed that it is not a phone or headphone issue as only occurs when using deezer app.

Hi, I have the same problem. It did not help to Update to iOS 15.2 Even though Apple claims that they have addressed the issue. Noticed that resume of music does work after incoming calls or if the phone is not locked.

So I checked the app on my phone - and clicked on Media option to select Deezer - and I get a message come up saying Sense hasn't been able to verify your subscription for several days (this is false - it worked last Friday). Please double check WiFi Settings and place on a charger.

People now only have to use the default ringtones supplied by the manufacturer instead of the tunes from music streaming services like Deezer. If you would like to use your Deezer Music downloads as your ringtones on your iPhone or Android, you will find it no option to deliver Deezer Music to your ringtone directory. All Deezer downloads are only playable within the Deezer app on your phone.

Let's figure it out. Deezer Music uses encrypted MP3 file extension as its streaming format. When you download songs from the Deezer app on your phone, they are stored as cache files so that you can stream them without burning your data. However, the Deezer cache is unaware that you can't apply the Deezer Music downloads as ringtone on your mobile phone. Specifically, the downloaded Deezer songs or playlists, some might be greyed out and not available on the Deezer app or even completely disappeared when you upgrade the version. So to sum up, music loss and limited usefulness are the potential threats when you go with the download mode on the mobile Deezer app. But never give up easily. To no longer be stuck with the dilemma, here we will show you how to turn Deezer Music customizable as ringtone to personalize your iPhone and Android smartphone.

On the contrary, real audio files are possibly useable for ringtones on your phone. So the way to bring Deezer Music back to ringtone purpose is to download Deezer Music as physical audio files and locally stored onto your mobile phone. DeeKeep Deezer Music Converter is such a helper to export and download Deezer Music to plain audio files, in the format of MP3, AAC, ALAC, FLAC, WAV and AIFF. DeeKeep will download Deezer Music to your computer and it is possible for you to transfer the music to different devices and set Deezer Music as ringtone as expected.

Step 1.Download and install the right version of DeeKeep Deezer Music Converter onto your computer. And launch the program, the Deezer web player will start automatically. You will then be supposed to log in to your Deezer Music account to visit the music library on the Deezer platform.

Continually, you need to transfer the downloaded Deezer Music to your mobile phone. Syncios Mobile Manager is recommended to sync media files on your computer to your mobile phone, both Android and iOS phone are supported.

Find contact information for Deezer's customer service team, including email, phone, live chat, and social media support. Also, access Deezer's knowledge base and community forum for self-service support.

With Deezer, users can listen to music from a vast library of over 73 million tracks, as well as access personalized recommendations and curated playlists. The service offers a range of subscription options, including a free ad-supported version, as well as premium plans that offer additional features such as offline listening, high-quality audio, and no ads.

In addition to its music streaming service, Deezer also offers a range of products and services for businesses, including background music for retail stores, gyms, and restaurants, as well as a platform for artists and labels to distribute their music online.

I want to develop a musical mobile app using the Javascript Deezer SDK (I have a premium account). So far I just made a simple sample with a login button and a play button, calling the DZ.player.playTracks function. When ran on my browser, it works fine. I log in to my account, the track starts from the beginning, and I can listen to it until the end.

The problem is that when I run it on my phone (iOS). At the moment I have an emulator problem, so I connect to the Ionic Server directly with my iPhone. I manage to log in, but even after that, the song starts in the middle of it, and doesn't last more than 30 seconds.

Can anyone help? For some reason Deezer is no longer my default player. I am in the UK and have had it as my default ever since I got my first Nest Mini. But lately Google has knocked off my Deezer app. I have checked with my Deezer account and it is still linked from that side, and when I try to make it my default player/source it's not even an option on my music souce section of Google Home. My Deezer account allows me to have it on 3 devices and I am still within that limit. Can anyone suggest how to get it back or is there an issue between Google and Deezer?

On Charge 6, use the YouTube Music controls app to control music playing in the YouTube Music app on your phone. Navigate between playlists, skip or replay songs, and adjust the volume from your tracker.

On certain Fitbit devices, use the Spotify app to control the music playing in the Spotify app on your phone, computer, or other Spotify Connect device. Navigate between playlists, like songs and switch between devices from your Fitbit device. To see which devices support the Spotify app, visit the Fitbit Gallery.

There's no way to copy music from Deezer unless the user has a premium account. But there are apps like EaseUS RecExperts that have in-built audio extractors. This is the best feature for recording and copying the user's favorite music to their preferred device.

Downloading music from Deezer to a computer is a straightforward process that requires premium. But if the user doesn't have premium, they can use a third-party app to extract or download music from Deezer. The Deezer desktop app also has a download feature, but it only works for premium users.

There are a few programs that allow users to download MP3s from Deezer. Some browser extensions let users download the music they are playing, such as IDM. At the same time, others might find using EaseUS RecExperts much more useful.

The user needs to download the music from Deezer to their PC or Phone before they can transfer it to a USB. This means downloading the recording from Deezer or using an audio extractor to download Deezer music to a PC first and then copying it to a PC.

Deezer is one of the leading applications for music on mobile phones and PCs. That's because it has high-quality music available from all genres and categories, and the music app also tends to provide a fine output that offers a quality experience to the listener. ff782bc1db
