Did anyone else notice that the "smart find" feature in the browser is gone? I can't get the browser to automatically close subfolders anymore when I open new ones like before. I manually have to close them when i open a new one and it get hella clustered and unorganized a lot of the time.

As i said, i've noticed it started to happen few days ago, i don't know if there was an update from ESET for this option. I know only that Chrome and Firefox got updated, and then it start to happen. My PC is strong enough to run even newest games with no problem, but with this option enabled it cannot even run simple browser with few tabs

Something is worng with this option for sure, it started to happen after the new Chrome and Firefox updates few days ago. Obviously ESET needs a fix to adopt new changes in the browsers code. It's not so noted in Firefox as in Chrome. In Chrome it literally stops/freezes for few seconds when changing tabs. I am talking about the sites that are not in a payment range, so the banking does not need to be enabled (like paypal or some banking sites).

I'm also experiencing a similar issue. For the past couple of days Firefox has become really laggy...especially noticable when starting the browser. Disabling banking protection seemed to fix it for me. I may try reinstalling EIS in the weekend to see if that improves things.

I purchased a smart TV in Nov 2013 model T27B551EW. The web browser used to load Facebook but now all I get is Server not Found. Further, Google searches do work but going to a link produces the Server not found message especially with https files. The links in Google to images etc also have the same effect. I was on for over an hour with support but they could not help but just said the web browser was a third party app and not compatible with the tv. I am devastated that a TV not yet 5 years old is now out of date. Anyone suggest a work around?

Hi @DariusM1. If the web browser you're using is definitely a third party app, it would be best to contact the app developer regarding this as they host and maintain the apps on the devices. Is the firmware up to date? I can see the latest version is 1014.0 which can be downloaded here.

This did not fix my issue when I tried that. It did not even attempt to open my correct browser and did not recognize any of my installed browsers and would also prompt me to download one of the browsers (and still does not recognize any browsers that are installed). I also tried accessing from the website instead of desktop application and going about that route with other solutions.

I suspect that when Smartsheet updated their browser requirements back in August, the built in browser in Powerbi did not meet those requirements. I also suspect the security settings from my organization prevented my browser from being opened or even recognized as being installed which would explain why I saw the prompt to download a browser even though I have a few installed.
