How To Download [EXCLUSIVE] Bounce On Iphone

As the title says, i need to disable vertical bounce on iphone on my mobile web form application. Ive tried alot of different things, but most of them disables my form or horizontal scroll and bounce as well. Any ideas?

I've coded a personal website from scratch using HTML and CSS, but I wanted my navigation bar to disappear when the user scrolls down and then reappear when they scroll up (especially on a mobile device). I had to use some JavaScript to achieve this, but it's not a language I know much about. Everything works perfectly on Chrome (desktop), but due to the bounce effect that the Iphone produces, it disappears when you scroll to the top of the page.

I sort of know what I want to do to fix this, but since I have virtually no knowledge of JavaScript, I'm unable to implement it. Basically I want to make it so that the JS code that I've written only applies when the page is 0px or more. Since the Iphone allows the user to scroll higher than the page before the bounce effect comes into play, I assume we are briefly in negative displayed pixels.

To clarify, the bounce effect means when you scroll up past the top of the page and let go, the top of the page 'bounces' back to the top of the screen, triggering the scroll down function in my JS code, and therefore making the navigation bar disappear when the user is at the top of the page.

If the sender is a private individual, they probably do not have a paid, dedicated commercial Mail server account, but just their own ISP Mail server. They would likely see your "bounce" email but as it did not originate from your Mail server as an undeliverable error, they may choose to ignore or honor it. Just as clicking an unsubscribe link may or may not be honored by the sender, but most often, simply confirming they have your valid email address.

If true and the content does not cause an overflow scroll, the scroll interaction will cause a bounce. If the content exceeds the bounds of ionContent, nothing will change. Note, the does not disable the system bounce on iOS. That is an OS level setting.

Could you confirm that Caregivers/Guardians does not need a Bounce unit to be able to send/receive messages and voice mail through the app? I need to understand if buying one bounce unit for my child and downloading the app for me would be sufficient to keep all the functions available (texts and VM both direction).
