Hi, im so stressed about these for the last few days. So the thing is, i was on Apple One Family Plan, it goes for like maybe a month now, everything was great, all services works normally (Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, and even the iCloud Storage Share). But these last few days something 'weird' happened, i CAN'T use the Apple Arcade on the AppStore like AT ALL. It told me to 'Subscribe' even tho i was already on a Apple One Family Plan. But i can still manage to play/open all of the games i have downloaded previously, but i CAN'T download anymore games from the Arcade, because it told me to subscribe with the blue button saying "Start Playing" (sometimes its "Try Free"), but when i clicked on those button it does NOTHING, it just blinked??? And all of the games from the arcade i've downloaded it shows a "GET" button, instead of "OPEN" in the Arcade. And i contacted the Apple Support of course, this is what i have done according to the advice from the Apple Advisor:

@norwichred Even if it supports controllers, the majority of apple arcade is played on mobile and ipad so I assume the game will be oriented towards touch. So people will definitely be playing 3D Sonic on their phones with touch controls. Which seems... kind of awful to me personally. ?

As someone who has a relatively new iPad mini sitting around, no thanks. Like the game would easily make it's money back on switch (and hey, Microsoft would throw game pass money at it if given the chance), so I'm not sure why it won't come to other stuff eventually unless apple just has permanent exclusivity.

Looks like a great game to be honest. This is actually what I would want from a 3Dbsonic game. Crazy that the first decent 3D game will be stuck on a apple platform. Sega going back to their roots with dumb choices.

@LikelySatan Apple arcade is actually a decent service, I'd say it's biggest problem was probably not having games like this one. But don't worry it probably will be just decent like all the other apple arcade exclusives. 17dc91bb1f
