I'm seeing the same problem, as well as an issue where the phone orientation will occasionally cause only part of the widgit to be visible. Killing the app that was playing music (or video) has no impact on this.

Hard reset seems to be the only thing that works, but then it comes back. I am to the fu**ing boiling point now with this effing bug. Please Apple, fix it. I don't want to have to restart my GD phone 5 times a day because the music widget is on the lock screen.

Update: I reset my phone and went to a meeting. When I came out, the music player was on my lock screen. No bluetooth, no media was played. It just appeared. My next step is to delete the music app and reinstall it. But I think I'll lose all my playlists. ?

Let's make sure Autoplay is turned off by following the actions under the "Let Autoplay pick what plays next" section here: Add music to your queue to play next on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android device

I'm sorry but that is neither helpful, useful nor applicable. This has been an issue for YEARS, over multiple phones, multiple iOSes, and with multiple apps. I keep my software up to date and even was a beta tester for Apple for iOS for several years. This is a bug or (shiver) a programmed response within the iOS that has been a continuous problem. Outside sources have been able to resolve it by deleting the music app, which I am about to that point. I was hoping that my favorite manufacturer since 1986 would have a better response than, "update and restart" when that hasn't fixed it for years.

Music from the Edge of Heaven was only released in North America and Japan. In other territories, an album called The Final was released. Both albums share some of the same songs. Music from the Edge of Heaven generally acted as a studio album from Wham! for the North American and Japanese markets. It consisted of some songs not available on The Final as well. The Final was a greatest hits album as it included a few of the same songs, but also included many of their previous hits from their two prior albums. Decades later, Music from the Edge of Heaven was not included in the CD remastering series by the duo's record company because of the album's limited release; however, The Final was included.

Although it did not have a physical release in forms such as vinyl or CD in Europe, Music from the Edge of Heaven was released in Europe on iTunes for the first time to download in late 2017.[7]

If you subscribe to Apple Music, you can add music from the Apple Music catalog to your music library. Stream music that you've added over an internet connection. Or download music that you've added to listen to offline.

Hi I'm new to all this so apologies! A friend has shared some music files with me via dropbox. I have a dropbox account and have installed the app on my iphone. How do I download the music files on to my phone so I can play them?

Just recently, iTunes has started to sync my entire music library to any device I backup or sync with iTunes. I've done all I can find to not allow this - unchecked everything related to syncing music in preferences and the music tabs. It never did this before. I do not want any music on my iPhone as I still have an iPod and I prefer to use that for my music, so I've always had it handled manually. Why is it suddenly adding the entire music library if I sync my iPhone now and how can I stop this? I am also on Windows, not Mac, and I do not use the iCloud or Apple Music.

The boxes in my screenshot numbered 3 and 4 will be irrelevant and may not be shown, depending on your previous choices. I have used an old screenshot, used in a previous discussion. Unchecking "everything else" may cause music to be removed form you iPod, depending on what you have unchecked.

I already had the main "sync music" box already unchecked when this started happening. I never checked it to begin with and always added music to my iPod manually, but the sub option of syncing the entire library instead of selected items was checked, albeit grayed out. This is why I was so baffled as I thought the same as you, and thought I exhausted my options to solve this.

I had to actually check the main "sync music" box to move the sub option to "selected" and make sure nothing else was checked, then uncheck "sync music" again and apply. This solved the issue. My iPod remains fine with my music I manually added before, and iTunes does not attempt to dump my entire library onto my iPhone every time I connect it. Very strange and annoying but I am just happy it is solved.

Abstract We introduce MusicLM, a model generating high-fidelity music from text descriptions such as "a calming violin melody backed by a distorted guitar riff". MusicLM casts the process of conditional music generation as a hierarchical sequence-to-sequence modeling task, and it generates music at 24 kHz that remains consistent over several minutes. Our experiments show that MusicLM outperforms previous systems both in audio quality and adherence to the text description. Moreover, we demonstrate that MusicLM can be conditioned on both text and a melody in that it can transform whistled and hummed melodies according to the style described in a text caption. To support future research, we publicly release MusicCaps, a dataset composed of 5.5k music-text pairs, with rich text descriptions provided by human experts.

Music from the 412 is your ultimate destination for everything related to the vibrant music scene in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With a dedicated TV station and an engaging radio station, we bring you a curated selection of local and independent music, along with major bands, straight from the Steel City.

Every year since 1963 we have all singled out one album to sum up what happened that year. It was usually the Beatles with their double barrels of rubber souls, revolvers and peppers. Dylan has sometimes contended with his frontrunning electric albums. Six months are left is this proselytizing year of music; we can expect a new Beatles, Stones, Hendrix, perhaps even a mate for J W Harding; but I have chosen my album for 1968. Music from Big Pink is an event and should be treated as one.
