Grandpa Bredo is over 120 years old. For years, he was the resident of a Tuff Shed in the hills above Nederland, Colorado, just 40 miles south of Estes Park, where he remained very, very, very cold. These days, Grandpa is still frozen in a state of suspended animation, awaiting the big thaw. The one that will bring him back to life.

Born in 2002, early Bonnaroo lineups featured artists from the jam scene. From that stemmed a beautiful community founded on love & positivity. Those early days set the pace for what we are today and helped create a unique Bonnaroovian world.

Diwali, or Dipawali, is India's biggest and most important holiday of the year. The festival gets its name from the row (avali) of clay lamps (deepa) that Indians light outside their homes to symbolize the inner light that protects from spiritual darkness. This festival is as important to Hindus as the Christmas holiday is to Christians.

Over the centuries, Diwali has become a national festival that's also enjoyed by non-Hindu communities. For instance, in Jainism, Diwali marks the nirvana, or spiritual awakening, of Lord Mahavira on October 15, 527 B.C.; in Sikhism, it honors the day that Guru Hargobind Ji, the Sixth Sikh Guru, was freed from imprisonment. Buddhists in India celebrate Diwali as well.

This year, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill 4 key roles: Parade, Bingo, Carnival Row, and City Festival Information Booth volunteers. As a Parade volunteer, you will assist in organizing the lineup of floats, vehicles, and participants before the parade starts. Help direct them to their assigned positions and ensure a smooth flow throughout the parade route. As a Bingo volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to engage with festival attendees while overseeing the classic game of Bingo. Carnival Row volunteers will work directly with children, guiding them through various fun-filled free carnival-style games and helping them win exciting prizes. And City Festival Information Booth volunteers will encourage attendees to win prizes on the spin wheel, guide them to activities, be the go-to for lost and found, and answer all their questions.

Your participation as a volunteer will not only contribute to the success of the festival but also create lasting memories for our visitors. Please take a moment to fill out this brief application and let us know which role and shift you'd like to take on during the Harvest Days Festival. Your valuable time and dedication are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to working together to make this year's festival a remarkable experience for all.

Thank you for participating in our Harvest Days Volunteer Survey! Your feedback is invaluable in helping us understand your experience and gather insights to enhance the festival's volunteer program. As a volunteer, your perspective is crucial to shaping future events. Kindly take a few minutes to share your thoughts and impressions. Your honest responses will aid us in making the Harvest Days Festival even more enjoyable and rewarding for both volunteers and attendees.

Initial thought is set up camp, scout area, know my whereabouts around the festival. Then have a drink, slowly get into the festival vibe and possibly one or two more during the night. Chill first day to get the hang of the festival.

I've never been to a festival or done these substances on consecutive days so I might be way off with my initial thoughts, that's why I'm here to ask for suggestions. Taking something daily is not a must. Especially first and last days. 006ab0faaa
