Let be here putting my realistic approach, I'm experiencing missing emails in my Gmail account or popularly known as Google account and want to restore them, there are steps I can take to retrieve those messages.
Start by checking your Gmail account's Trash and Spam folders.( most common to do step)
Sometimes, emails can get mistakenly marked as spam or deleted and end up in these folders.
If you find any missing emails, select them and move them back to the Inbox or any other relevant folder.
