All information that is sent to your surgery via systmonline is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.
You can now book and cancel appointments and order repeat prescriptions online. To register for the service you will need to come into the surgery and bring some photographic ID with you such as a passport or driving licence.
