Aero-H2O Energy Storage


Energy storage for clean renewable energy can be a problem due to the shortage of available batteries. Nevertheless, clean renewable energy can be stored in the form of compressed gases or super-critical fluids. Green Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) and green dry ice (CO2) can be produced as a by-product of energy storage from the compressed air. The use of compressed air as a form of energy storage for clean renewable energy is more efficient and ecological than using chemical batteries. We can avoid the need for toxic chemicals to build a battery by using compressed air instead, to store energy. Energy storage in the form of compressed LN2 and CO2 is much more economical compared to battery energy storage.

Energy storage in the form of compressed air solves the problem of dead heavy weight of batteries. A dead battery is heavy for aviation. Unlike fuels, batteries keep it's weight as it spends it's energy. But fuels loses weight as it spend it's energy.

Water (H2O) can also be produced as a by-product of energy storage in compressed air. As air is compressed, it cools which then condenses the water vapor in the air.
