This repository exists to evaluate relevant metrics which allow insight to the needs of the people which influence market demand, government response, and other community shareholders.

Some of the terms are listed below.

Area Median Income (AMI), also known as Household Area Median Family Income (HAMFI), is the gross income for a family by area and is calculated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on an annual basis where 30% AMI is Extremely Low Income, 50% AMI Very Low Income, and 80% AMI is Low Income.
