Through HOPWA, PALSS can assist low-income persons living with HIV with their housing needs. HOPWA services help people living with HIV to get into permanent housing and to stay in that housing. HOPWA provides assistance for short-term rent payments, mortgage payments, and utility payments to help prevent persons from becoming homeless.

PALSS can provide transportation as needed for support group meetings and to area food banks. They also transport consumers who are seeking housing or other benefit services. They have bus tickets available for consumers who are enrolled in case management and have a documented need.

PALSS maintains a Food Pantry to assist consumers in emergency situations. The food pantry is stocked with nutritious fresh and canned foods, staples, snacks and beverages. The food pantry features a large refrigerator and freezer to maintain perishable items.
Clients who are in active case management with PALSS can access the Food Pantry every 30 Days. The PALSS Food Pantry is open for services Monday thru Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.
