One80Place provides services for people who are
1) sleeping outside or in a car; or
2) trying to leave a domestic violence situation; or
3) are looking for affordable housing; or
4) are veterans

One80Place works with currently homeless residents to access financial assistance and emergency and transitional housing.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Residents need to be actually homeless (and not living with a friend or family member) to qualify.
Currently homeless clients need to be at or below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI)

Appointment Steps & Documentation
Fill out the request form found here
Residents will need to provide the last 4 digits of their social security number, information about how the pandemic has affected them, and information about their current situation.
Please notify the point of contact for this program (Tom Bolton - above) that you have requested assistance for a tenant
Once the tenant completes the form, they should check in weekly by doing one of the following:

Homelessness Prevention programs provide temporary financial assistance to low-income families or individuals who are struggling to maintain their housing and would become homeless if not for assistance. This program is available to households who are 50% below the Area Median Income (AMI) for your county, have an eviction notice and would become homeless without financial assistance. A pre-screen interview and questionnaire are used to determine eligibility.

After the pre-screen interview during which eligibility is determined, residents will at some point need to provide the following documentation
Copy of lease
Late notice/eviction notice
Copy of everyone 18 or older’s ID
Copy of SS Card for each household member
Proof of income (i.e., pay stub or unemployment documentation)
Latest utility bill if they are requesting utility assistance
Please notify the point of contact for this program (Tom Bolton - above) that you referred a tenant to the program

On the Veteran side, both currently homeless clients and those facing eviction / literal homelessness can be at or below 50% of the AMI.
