HouseworkOrder is a family-oriented task management and responsibility collaboration tool. It helps family members divide responsibilities clearly and arrange daily affairs efficiently. The App supports multiple task types including housework, parent–child schedules, elderly care, and family shopping. You can set monthly family goals, record task completion status, and avoid forgetting or delaying family arrangements.

You can view monthly plans, completed and pending tasks by category, check recent arrangements at a glance, and mark tasks as completed or adjust schedules at any time. Every family member can clarify their own responsibilities, making family operation smoother, more orderly and hassle-free.

We highly value your privacy protection and strictly comply with Apple App Store review guidelines and relevant privacy laws and regulations. All task data, family records, schedules and application settings are only stored and processed locally on your device. We do not collect, upload, transmit, synchronize to the cloud, share or disclose any personal or family data to any server or third party. By downloading and using this App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Locally Stored Data

To provide complete family task management, schedule arrangement and record keeping functions, the App only stores the following necessary data locally on your device. All data will always remain on your device and will never be uploaded externally:

• Family task information: housework items, parent–child arrangements, elderly care plans, family shopping and other custom task content;

• Monthly goals, task classification, pending and completed status records;

• Task schedule, completion time, notes and personal arrangement records;

• Application personalized settings, category management and display preferences;

• Temporary cache files generated to ensure smooth operation, which can be cleared manually or automatically when the App is uninstalled.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

The App adheres to the principle of minimum necessity and will never collect, access or obtain any of the following information:

• Personal identification information such as name, phone number, ID number, home address and contact details;

• Device identifiers including IDFA, IDFV, unique device ID, IP address and geographic location;

• Sensitive device content such as contacts, photos, messages, files, microphone and camera permissions;

• User behavior statistics, operation logs, usage duration and any tracking data;

• Any irrelevant personal, family sensitive information or private data not required by core functions.

4. Your Control Over Local Data

• You can view, add, edit and delete all family tasks, schedules and records at any time;

• You can freely adjust task categories, monthly goals and personal application settings;

• You may reset all task data and configuration within the App; after uninstalling the App, all local records will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered;

• You can back up your local data independently through system functions such as iCloud, and all backup operations are fully under your own control.

5. Data Security Protection

• The App runs completely offline with no network access, no background data upload and no cloud synchronization;

• Only applies for the minimum local storage permission required for normal operation, without requesting any unnecessary sensitive permissions;

• No third-party SDKs, advertising modules, analytics tools, tracking services, social sharing or payment functions are integrated;

• All local family task data is protected by your device’s built-in security system to prevent unauthorized access and tampering.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not access any third-party advertisements, data analysis, cloud storage, social sharing or payment services. It operates independently offline and does not conduct any form of data interaction with third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to function optimization or legal regulation changes. Updated terms will be notified inside the App. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
