Handling Practice is a series of ceramic workshops that cover a variety of daily objects at House of H. Every two months we will launch a topic.
By touching, feeling, and holding the themed object with the professional guide, you will get to know more about the relation between shapes and functions as well as the material itself.
During the session, we will walk you through all the steps for making your own one-of-a-kind ceramic object, so all levels are welcome!
If you need anything, make it yourself. Let's fill up our very own essentials collection.
Fig. 8: Wall Knobs*
Featuring a nut-inspired raised rim, these wall knobs help keep coats, hats, and small bags from slipping off.
Unlike traditional hooks, their distinctive form works beautifully as a single wall accent or arranged in multiples to create a playful and functional display.
Now it’s your turn—make a wall knob of your own and bring ceramic craftsmanship into everyday life.
* Use & Care
These wall knobs are ideal for hanging everyday lightweight garments.
Recommended load: 1–2 kg (2–4 lbs).
Please avoid strong pulling or impact.
Workshop Duration: January – February 2025
Time: 1.5 - 2 hours
Plan: a pair of ceramic wall knobs (2 pieces)
Who: All levels are welcome!
Fee: NT. 1500 / per person
