Our Hand Building Pottery Course is the perfect place to start!
In this class, we’ll guide you step-by-step through fundamental hand-building techniques, pairing them with surface decoration to help you create beautifully finished pieces. With each practice session, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the clay's unique properties and possibilities. Through hands-on exploration of various techniques, you’ll be able to bring the creative ideas in your head to life. ✨
Course Duration:
🔸 Monday Morning Class: 4 sessions in total
09:00 – 10:30 Technique Lesson
10:30 – 12:00 Independent Practice Time
🔹 Monday Evening Class: 5 sessions in total
19:00 – 20:15 Technique Lesson
20:15 – 21:00 Independent Practice Time

Course Content:
Understanding Clay as a Material
Basic Handbuilding Techniques (cups, bowls, plates, plant containers, slabs, coils, etc.)
Decorating & Glazing methods
Hands-on practice and clay technique exercises (the instructor will be nearby to provide assistance)
Who: Anyone looking to master the fundamentals of pottery while exploring diverse creative possibilities.
Fee: NT. 5500 / per person
We provide the workspace, tools, and all the clay you need. Once your pieces are finished, we will handle the firing process for you.
✦ Firing Fees: Calculated separately based on the dimensions of each piece (Length x Width x Height x NT$0.2).
✦ Course Validity: All sessions must be completed within two months from the date of purchase.
