Sharing some info about us... we live in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, USA. THIS IS NOT A PAID nor a sexual OFFER. Our expectation is that you are at least 18 years of age. This agreement is for Room & Board for your help around the property. This is meant to benefit all of us, as we would expect your honest help, in exchange for your staying in a nice place, eating well, and enjoying a resort like property with us.

We speak English, and are willing to help others who do not know the language well to learn English using Google Translate and Rosetta Stone (We would want you to work really hard towards learning English to better your chances in the "real world" of work and to avoid any possible misunderstandings). Being dual language is a definite plus, whether you are Latino, Mexican, European, or anywhere in between makes no difference... all are good applicants for us as long as we can get along well together with one another. Open and honest discussion is our preferred manner of communications, free of game playing and arguments, or manipulation.

Roommate/ Extended Family /Animal Care Giver- M4M (Massanutten)

We are a couple in search of another single male to share our home and lives with. Building a trusted "family like unit" is our primary goal.

We have a spare furnished bedroom available and would like to meet and establish a working friendship with another who can help around the place and share in meals, chores, some bills, and such. An outside job and your own means of transportation is a big plus, however is not mandatory if you are financially self-sufficient. If you are in need of financial assistance, we can assist you with resolving issues, within reason.

Characteristics we are looking for:

• Clean looking and well cared for (Very Good personal hygiene, good manners, positive attitude)
• Clean natured (Willing and able to help with cleaning up after yourself, and our friends, and guests)
• Good organizational skills
• Non-Smoker
• Light to no Alcohol Drinker
• No Addictive Drug Use
• Good health and well being (Mentally, Physically, and Emotionally)
• Democratic, Dependable, and Trustworthy
• Pleasant Attitude (Drama Free, and NOT into playing emotional games with others)
• Responsible and Mature Behavior
• Clean Natured (Ability to leave areas used and visited cleaner than you found them)
• Respectful and Kind Hearted (With us, our friends, and our property)
• Ability to understand and follow directions provided for living with us on our property... while kindly offering ideas and opinions on how to improve conditions.
• Willingness and Ability to help out towards completion of various to-do lists.
• Good physical condition (able to help us with basic daily and weekly chores, such as cleaning (inside and out), cooking, basic yard work, pool cleaning, hot tub, sauna, weeding, and so on...
• An interest and desire to help with hosting events, such as pool parties and BBQs, movie nights, and get togethers.
• Be loving with and towards our animals, such as dogs (we have 3 indoors) and cats (we have 2 outdoors).
• Be able to work WITH others, as opposed to against them...
• Be happy at home, versus wanting to party in town every night... moderation.
• Life Guard experience is a plus as we live within minutes of the Waterpark, and we have water areas as well. http://massresort.com/employment
• No hunting or fishing on our property unless with a camera taking beautiful wildlife and scenic related pics.

We have a very nice home and property located within a protected community, with beautiful rustic surroundings, high speed internet, and modern utilities. We are about 20 mins from Harrisonburg, and approximately 10 minutes from Elkton.

Houseboy, "Agador Spartacus"... Our Vision towards building a Loving Household... :)

Although we may make mistakes, and stumble and fall, we seek to form a lasting friendship FIRST, with the goal of spending our lives with another who can care for and help us tend to our daily lives. Much as that "Agador Spartacus" character in "The Birdcage". Trust and a shared dependability between us all.

We do not know who our "Agador Sparticas" may be, but, have a basic type we are looking for. One in good health and well being, one who lives honestly and openly, and who can take care of himself and others equally. Being a "pool boy" or "swimmer" type build and look; good natured, fun loving, care free, yet able to dress things up when and where appropriate. Nationality is not important as long as your philosophy and attitude blend well with ours.
