House Builder: Sky (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is developed and operated by Ruben Djrbashyan. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App on iOS.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We designed the App to work with minimal data collection.
We do not collect, store on our servers, or sell your personal information. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details to play.
The App may store the following locally on your device only (for example, using on-device storage):
Game progress and settings (such as high scores, achievements, statistics, and gameplay counters)
Your preferences (such as music, sound effects, and haptics on/off)
This information stays on your device unless you delete the App or reset game data through the App’s settings.
The App does not:

Access your camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, or precise location (unless a future version explicitly requests such access and updates this policy)
Because game data is stored only on your device, we do not use it to identify you or to operate remote services on our behalf. Local data is used solely to provide gameplay features (scores, achievements, settings, and similar in-app functionality).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
We may disclose information only if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Data stored on your device remains there until you:
Reset records or similar data within the App, or
Remove the App from your device
We do not retain copies of your local game data on our servers.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it if we ever receive it.
We take reasonable measures to design the App so that personal data is not transmitted to us. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure; you use the App at your own risk regarding the security of information stored on your device.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data (such as access, correction, or deletion). Because we do not collect personal data through the App, most requests can be fulfilled by managing or deleting data on your device or uninstalling the App.
