HoursTrackPro respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the app, including free and premium (subscription) features.
HoursTrackPro may process the following data depending on how you use the app:
Account data (if you sign in):
Firebase Authentication identifiers (for example, user ID)
Basic profile details provided by sign-in providers (such as name/email/avatar, depending on provider and permissions)
App data you create:
Time entries, projects, and related tracking data
This data is primarily stored on your device
Diagnostics and technical data:
Crash reports and technical diagnostics (for stability and bug fixing)
Advertising-related data (free tier):
Advertising identifiers, device/app interaction signals used to deliver ads
Subscription-related data (premium tier):
Purchase status, entitlement state, and subscription metadata needed to unlock premium features
HoursTrackPro uses RevenueCat and the platform store (for iOS, Apple App Store) to manage subscriptions.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple.
We receive subscription status information (for example, active/inactive entitlement) so we can:
Unlock premium features
Remove ads for active subscribers
Restore purchases
Let users manage subscriptions
HoursTrackPro uses third-party services that may process data under their own privacy terms:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate legal basis/consent where required by law.

User-created tracking data is stored locally on device.
If you use account/sync-related features, some account/session-related data may be processed via Firebase services.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your personal data for unrelated third-party marketing.

Use or avoid premium subscription features
Restore or manage subscriptions through the app/store
Control ad tracking/preferences through device settings where available
Stop using the app and uninstall it at any time
