These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HoursTrackPro mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App. If you are under the age required to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with appropriate parent or guardian permission where required.
2. Description of Service
HoursTrackPro provides time tracking and productivity-related features, including project and entry management. Certain features may be offered as premium features through paid subscriptions.
The App may offer:
- A free, ad-supported experience
- A premium subscription experience with additional benefits (such as ad removal)
3. Accounts and Authentication
Some features may require sign-in through supported providers (for example, Google or Apple sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity occurring under your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information and use your account only for lawful purposes.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system on iOS and managed with RevenueCat.
- Prices and billing periods are shown in-app before purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date according to Apple’s policies.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable policies.
- Restoring purchases is available in-app where supported.
We do not receive your full payment card details.
5. Advertisements
The free version may display advertisements (for example, via Google AdMob). By using the free tier, you understand and agree that third-party ad providers may process device and usage data under their own policies.
Premium users may receive reduced or removed ads based on active entitlement status.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive way
- Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, disrupt, or compromise App functionality
- Circumvent subscription, ad, entitlement, or access controls
- Use automated means to interfere with normal App operations
7. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how data is handled, including local data storage, analytics/crash reporting, advertising, and subscription processing.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, branding, design, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by HoursTrackPro and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, with or without notice, including feature updates, pricing updates, and compatibility changes.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
HoursTrackPro is a productivity tool and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoursTrackPro and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HoursTrackPro from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
You may stop using the App at any time by discontinuing use and uninstalling it.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be indicated by the revised Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
