Application - mobile application "Hourly", managed by the person, specified in App Store as the developer and Rightholder of the Application (the "Rightholder")

Service - the Application, together with the content (texts, graphics, images, other materials included in the Application), tools, transactions and other services, available to the user in connection with the use of the Application in accordance with the Terms of Use
