The Client must provide clear and complete requirements upfront, including all reference materials and assets, before work begins.
The Client grants the Artist non-exclusive rights to observe, interpret, and replicate the Client’s provided vision, character designs, and reference materials for the purpose of creating the commissioned work ("Work").
The Client warrants that all provided reference materials are legally obtained and authorized for use.
The Client affirms they have the authority to enter this Agreement, will act as the primary point of contact, and are solely responsible for all decisions and approvals during the process.
The Artist agrees to perform the Work in good faith and to the best of their ability, and warrants that the Work is, to the best of their knowledge, original.
The Artist may use commercially licensed, copyright-free, and/or educational resources and tools.
The Artist warrants they will not knowingly copy or heavily reference unauthorized materials.
The Artist reserves the right to refuse any project or request at their sole discretion, including but not limited to content, subject matter, or workload.
Prior to beginning work, the Artist will provide a written proposal outlining the scope of work, features, pricing, deliverables, and other project details. The Client must agree to these terms before work begins.
The Artist will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. Prohibited subject matter includes, but is not limited to: explicit adult content, underage characters, hateful or discrimination, heavily politic themes, and heavy realism.
Completion time varies depending on the type, complexity, and scope of the commission, as well as the Artist’s workload.
The Client is responsible for scheduling launches, events, or streams accordingly. The Artist is not liable for missed deadlines tied to the Client’s schedule.
The Artist will provide progress updates and may seek feedback from the Client. A specific update schedule may be outlined in the proposal.
Final deliverables will be delivered via email (Gmail) in PNG and JPEG formats, with and without watermarks.
If delays occur, the Artist will inform the Client.
Timeline changes exceeding one (1) month must be agreed upon by both parties through standard communication channels.
If the Work has not been delivered within three (3) months past the deadline, and no timeline amendment was agreed upon, the Client may request a refund.
The Client may request up to three (3) revisions before line art begins.
Once line art begins, only minor revisions will be permitted.
Excessive revisions may incur additional charges, with $15 for standard style, $10 for lite style, and $5 for chibi style.
Revisions may affect the timeline. Acceptance of revisions is at the Artist’s sole discretion.
Revision requests that violate the content restrictions outlined in Section 2 will not be accepted. Artist reserves the right to terminate the commission if further requests for revisions that violate Section 2 content restrictions are made. In the event of termination, any paid fees by the commissioner may be forfeited at the Artist's discretion.
Communication will occur throughout the project, including updates, collaboration, and discussions.
Communication channels will be designated by the Artist (e.g., Discord, email, etc.).
The Artist’s response time may vary, up to five business days.
Artist Rights
The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution rights, and all intellectual property rights to the Work.
The Artist may display the Work and work-in-progress materials for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, social media, advertising, livestreams).
Client Rights
The Client receives non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the Work for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased (see Section 6.3).
Personal use includes: display on social media, profile pictures, banners, non-monetized posts, personal prints, or display on personal websites/channels.
The Client must credit the Artist when displaying the Work, using the Artist’s handle, username, or link.
Commercial Rights
Commercial usage rights are not included unless explicitly stated in the commission type, listing, or written agreement.
Commercial use includes monetized streams, promotional content, resale, merchandise, or inclusion in products.
Use of the Work in AI/ML training, NFTs, blockchain-related purposes, or any similar technologies is strictly prohibited.
Additional charges for commercial rights must be agreed upon in writing.
Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal (e.g., 50% deposit or full payment upfront).
The Artist will send invoices or payment links when ready to begin. The Client must not send payments before being invoiced.
Payments must be made within 72 hours or the project may be cancelled.
All prices are listed in USD and IDR, and payable via Paypal(international clients) or Bank Mandiri or Gopay(only for Indonesian clients)
Final deliverables are digital only; no physical items will be shipped.
The Client agrees not to issue chargebacks and acknowledges the refund policy in Section 8.
If the Client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be issued (e.g., 50% forfeiture if cancelled within two (2) days of start)
No refunds are available once work has begun, unless initiated by the Artist.
If the Artist cannot complete the Work due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client may receive a full or partial refund, depending on whether any accepted Work has already been delivered.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the commission process, including personal, technical, and financial information, unless prior written consent is given.
The Client indemnifies the Artist against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the Work, breach of this Agreement, or third-party claims.
If issues arise, the Artist will make reasonable efforts to resolve them directly with the Client.
The Client affirms they are at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent, and are legally able to enter into this Agreement.
By commissioning the Artist, the Client must expressly agree in writing to all Terms of Service outlined above.
