Download Your Emails Using Microsoft Outlook
In the File menu, click Open and Export.
On the right panel, click on Import/Export.
A dialog box will appear. Select Export to a File, then click Next, and select Outlook Data File in the following box.
Now you will see the folders in your email account. Select the folder that you created earlier and click Next.
Choose the destination where you want to save the folder and click Finish. Your emails will be saved in your chosen directory.
Add other email accounts on Hotmail.com
Go to your Outlook account via hotmail.com webpage
Click the settings icon on the top your account.
Click Options. Click Mail and then, click Connected accounts.
Click Other email accounts.
Enter Email address and Password. Then click OK.
You’ll lose all of the entries made in your calendar.
You’ll lose all of your email and contacts.
You’ll lose access to Office 365, if you have it.
You’ll lose your ability to log in to Skype with this account.
You’ll lose everything you may have placed in OneDrive.
You’ll lose access to your XBox Live account, if it uses this Microsoft account’s email address.
