Hoseline is a real time audio streaming application for amateur radio DMR BrandMeister network. You can listen live QSO / Conversation between amateur radio operators around the world who are using BrandMeister network. Please follow below steps to install the web app via Google Chrome browser.
Step 1: Step 1: Open Google Chrome browser and go to https://hose.brandmeister.network/
It will take you to below page where you can see all the active BrandMeister talk groups. Each of the box with RED border means a live QSO is going on at that moment. Each of the box showing talk group ID number at the top left corner with the name of that talk group in next line along with country flag.
Next line showing the call sign and name of the person who is transmitting at that moment.
Step 2: Move your mouse to the top right cornet of the browser and place the mouse on top of the RED circled icon in the google chrome browser as shown in the below screen capture. It will pop up with the message Install Hoseline.
Step 3: Click on that icon and it will pop up with Install app message as below screen capture. Click on Install button to proceed.
Step 4: Within few seconds the installation will finish and it will bring up the app in a separate window. It will also pop up at the bottom right corner of the screen asking you to Pin Hoseline in to your taskbar. Click on Yes button to do that.
Step 5: Move your mouse to top right corner of Hoseline app and you can see an PLAYER button with ! mark. You can see in below screen capture the RED circle pointing to that PLAYER button. Click on that PLAYER button to proceed.
Step 6: Hoseline app is now ready to stream and you can see a Stop and Play button appears under PLAYER button as below screen capture. Now you can click and select any talk group from the list to listen live QSO between amateur radio operators. Most busy talk group is 91 as this talk group labeled as World-Wide.
Step 7: As soon as you click on talk group 91 it will come under the list of PLAYER button and you can listen the live QSO as it happening. You can press Stop button of the player if you don't want to listen the audio any time. It will also show you the audio level bar in GREEN as below screen capture.
Step 8: You can click on any other talk group if you like to listen. In below screen capture you can see talk group 2621 has been added along with talk group 91 in the PLAYER list. You can add multiple talk group in the player list, it will go to the second or third talk group when first one has no audio stream or QSO going on.
Step 9: If you want to remove talk group from the PLAYER list, simply click on the cross icon Infront of talk group ID. Please see below screen capture where the cross icon circled as RED for talk group 2621.
