We deliver to all surrounding towns and suburbs in Yorkville, IL. If your town isn't listed, give us a call.

Do you only offer overnight rentals?

We also offer same-day pick-ups. However, a fee applies for these expedited services. Please call us at 6307086226 if you have any questions about scheduling.

When do you plan to set up?

The timing of our arrival depends on the number of rentals scheduled for that day. Typically, we arrive 1 to 3 hours before the rental start time. Sometimes, we may begin setups as early as 6 a.m. at no additional cost. We will contact you the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

In the past, we rented jumps from other companies that were dirty. Are they always that dirty?

No, the bounce house is always clean when you receive it. Hop Till You Drop cleans and disinfects after every rental.

Do we need to keep it plugged in all the time?

While in use, a blower continually maintains air within the jump unit. However, once it is unplugged, the unit will deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 to 100 feet of the unit or using a generator. Using longer cords can trip your circuit breaker, so we provide our heavy-duty extension cords.

Regarding parks, do they have access to electricity?

We enjoy setting up at parks; however, most parks do not offer electricity. To set up at a park, you must rent a generator with a minimum capacity of 3,500 watts per outlet. Please note that we do not rent out generators. Also, parks operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early in the day is advisable to secure your spot.

What types of payments do you accept?

Cash or Credit Cards. If you’re paying with cash, please remember to have the exact amount ready. Our drivers don’t carry change, so this will help keep everything running smoothly. I appreciate your understanding!

Do we need to pay a deposit?

All orders require a 20% credit card deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days before your rental date. If you cancel between 2 and 7 days before your rental, you will receive a rain check that is valid for 1 year.
