Use the App for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Use the App to scan or process any content unrelated to the One Piece TCG (Trading Card Game).
All content, features, and functionality in the App (including but not limited to UI elements, design, code, and logos) are the exclusive property of the developer or licensed third parties. The One Piece trademarks and card images belong to their respective owners (e.g., Bandai, Toei Animation, etc.) and are used only for identification and informational purposes under fair use.
This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bandai or Toei Animation.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
That card recognition will always be accurate or up-to-date.
Use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to loss of data, inaccuracy of results, or device malfunction.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the App or on the App Store listing, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance.
