Domestic Violence
The stay-at-home order due to the COVID-19 health crisis can feel isolating to many, especially those who may be experiencing domestic violence. If you or someone you know is at risk or has experienced domestic violence, there is a host of resources to help.

• The National Domestic Violence Hotline

• A new website offers information in English and Spanish on free local services, along with an anonymous quiz that determines one's risk for domestic violence. Sites below:

• Family Justice Center

  • While the physical office is currently closed due to the COVID-19 crisis, Family Justice Center staff are working and continue to assist with planning, advocacy, and connecting individuals to community resources. Family Justice Center staff can be reached at (619) 533-6000.

LaMaestra Resources:
Our school based clinic is closed during this time, but the main clinic is open. Only one parent will be allowed into the clinic with students receiving pediatric care. For confidential visits, only the student will be allowed into the clinic. Students/families should contact the clinic by phone.
