When using the HoneyMet Services, you will be subject to the HoneyMet Privacy Policy and must comply with any additional guidelines or rules posted or made available to you through the HoneyMet Services or applicable to specific services and features disclosed to you. HoneyMet is developed by Tomorrow Games Studio, the developer.

By using our Services or clicking "Sign Up" during the registration process, you agree to all of the terms of this Agreement. We may decide to modify this Agreement from time to time, and the current version can be found at the following link: Settings > User Agreement. By continuing to use our Services, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old, and not subject to any legal age restrictions, to enter into this Agreement to use our Services under the applicable laws and regulations of your country.

You are responsible for protecting your HoneyMet account. All actions and activities performed through your HoneyMet account will be considered your responsibility.

User Generated Content.

HoneyMet allows users to use Services (such as Chat and Services) and engage in other activities where you can create, post, transmit, perform or store content, messages, text or other data or materials ("User Content") on the Services. The opinions expressed by other users on the HoneyMet Services do not represent our opinions or values.

Fighting Harmful Behavior and Protecting and Supporting Our Community.

We employ dedicated teams around the world and develop advanced technical systems to detect abuse of the HoneyMet Services, harmful behavior toward others, and situations where we can help support or protect our community. If we learn of such content or behavior, we will take appropriate action - for example, providing assistance, removing content, removing or limiting access to certain features, disabling accounts, or contacting law enforcement.

We may allow you to register for and log in to the HoneyMet Services through certain third-party services. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information by a third party will be subject to the privacy policy of that third-party service. We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time, including if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms or if activity on your account, as determined by us in our sole discretion, does or may harm the HoneyMet Services or infringe or violate any provision of these Terms. The rights of a third party, or violate any applicable law or regulation.

Use of Services

Your access to and use of HoneyMet Services is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to abide by these terms of HoneyMet Service Guidelines and will not:

1) create, upload, transmit, distribute or store any inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable content;

2) impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity, or access another person's HoneyMet account without permission, falsify another person's identity or the content of information transmitted through the HoneyMet Service, or engage in any other similar fraudulent activity;

3) defame, harass, abuse, threaten or defraud HoneyMet users, or collect or attempt to collect personal information about users or third parties without their consent;

4) use HoneyMet Services for any illegal purpose; violate any local national or international laws and regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property laws and other proprietary rights, data protection laws and privacy laws.

HoneyMet is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from any User Content or for any errors, defamation, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter while using HoneyMet Services. Your use of the HoneyMet Services is at your own risk. In addition, these rules will not give rise to any private cause of action for any third party, nor can the HoneyMet Services reasonably be expected to contain any content prohibited by such rules.

HoneyMet is not responsible for any statements or representations contained in User Content. HoneyMet does not endorse any User Content, opinions, recommendations or advice expressed therein and expressly disclaims all liability related to User Content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HoneyMet reserves the right to remove, screen or edit any User Content posted or stored on the HoneyMet Services at any time and without notice, including User Content that violates these HoneyMet Services Terms of Use or applicable law, You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of and replacing any User Content you post or store on the HoneyMet Services, at your sole cost and expense.

Terminate service

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HoneyMet reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the HoneyMet Services (including posting User Content) and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the HoneyMet Services, including where we reasonably Believe that: (a) your use of HoneyMet Services violates this Agreement or applicable laws; (b) you fraudulently use or abuse HoneyMet Services; (c) due to technical or legitimate business reasons, we are unable to continue to provide you with HoneyMet Services .

Other conditions

This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties on the agreed matters and other related matters. Except as provided in this Agreement, neither party shall have any other rights.
