Honey Hills – Privacy Policy

Honey Hills is a children's game published by Honey Hills Studio ("we"). We designed Honey Hills to be safe for children and we collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what the app does with your data.
1. What the game does not do
• No advertising, no ad networks, no ad tracking.
• No accounts, no login, no chat, no social features, no location.
• No sale of personal data, ever.
• The game works offline. Game progress (levels, coins, costumes) is stored only on your device.
2. Hero Workshop (optional, one-time purchase)
The Hero Workshop lets a player take a selfie so the game can create a 3D animated hero. If you use it:
• The photo is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server and to our AI processing providers (fal.ai, Meshy) only to generate the 3D character.
• The generated 3D hero is sent back to your device and stored on it.
• The photo and the generated files are kept on our server for up to 30 days so the hero can be restored on the same device or after a reinstall, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Contact).
• We never use the photo for anything else: no face recognition database, no training, no sharing with anyone except the processors above, no advertising.
• A grown-up should take or approve the photo. Do not use the Hero Workshop without a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and unlock content. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt information; it does not receive your name, email or photo. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
4. Data we process
• Photo (only if you use the Hero Workshop): to create your hero. Not linked to your identity.
• Anonymous app user ID (random identifier): to count Hero Workshop generations and restore purchases. Not linked to your identity.
• Purchase information: to unlock paid content and restore purchases. Handled by Apple and RevenueCat.
We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, precise location or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
5. Children's privacy
Honey Hills is made for children and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described above, and the Hero Workshop is designed for use with a parent or guardian. Parents can ask us to delete any photo or hero data at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to delete the data connected to your device's anonymous ID or to answer questions about this policy. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.

1. Oyun ne yapmaz
• Reklam, reklam ağı ve reklam takibi yoktur.
• Hesap, giriş, sohbet, sosyal özellik ve konum yoktur.
• Kişisel veriler asla satılmaz.
• Oyun internetsiz çalışır. İlerleme (bölümler, altınlar, kostümler) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
2. Kahraman Atölyesi (isteğe bağlı, tek seferlik satın alma)
Kahraman Atölyesi'nde oyuncu bir selfie çeker ve oyun 3D animasyonlu bir kahraman oluşturur. Kullanırsanız:
• Fotoğraf, yalnızca 3D karakteri üretmek için şifreli bağlantıyla (HTTPS) sunucumuza ve yapay zekâ işleme sağlayıcılarımıza (fal.ai, Meshy) gönderilir.
• Üretilen 3D kahraman cihazınıza indirilir ve orada saklanır.
• Fotoğraf ve üretilen dosyalar, kahramanın aynı cihazda veya yeniden kurulumda geri getirilebilmesi için sunucumuzda en fazla 30 gün tutulur, sonra silinir. Daha erken silinmesini istediğinizde bize yazabilirsiniz.
• Fotoğraf başka hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz: yüz tanıma veritabanı, model eğitimi, paylaşım veya reklam yoktur.
• Fotoğrafı bir yetişkin çekmeli ya da onaylamalıdır. Kahraman Atölyesi'ni ebeveyn izni olmadan kullanmayın.
3. Uygulama içi satın almalar
Satın almalar Apple tarafından işlenir. Satın almaları doğrulamak ve içeriği açmak için RevenueCat kullanırız. RevenueCat anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği ve satın alma makbuzu bilgisi alır; ad, e-posta veya fotoğraf almaz.
4. İşlediğimiz veriler
• Fotoğraf (yalnızca Kahraman Atölyesi kullanılırsa): kahramanı oluşturmak için. Kimliğinizle bağlantılı değildir.
• Anonim uygulama kullanıcı kimliği: kahraman üretim hakkını saymak ve satın almaları geri yüklemek için.
• Satın alma bilgisi: ücretli içeriği açmak için (Apple ve RevenueCat).
Ad, e-posta, kişiler, hassas konum veya reklam kimliği toplamayız; uygulamalar ve web siteleri arasında takip yapmayız.
5. Çocukların gizliliği
Honey Hills çocuklar ve aileler için yapılmıştır. Yukarıda açıklananlar dışında çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Ebeveynler herhangi bir fotoğraf veya kahraman verisinin silinmesini her zaman isteyebilir.
6. Haklarınız
Cihazınızın anonim kimliğine bağlı verilerin silinmesini isteyebilir veya sorularınızı iletebilirsiniz; 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
