This piece is a depiction of the house that belonged to my grandparents Walter & Mary, along with their seven children. The house was made of wood with a tin roof. The chimney on top connects to the coal stove which was used for heat. The house no longer stands as it was torn down in 2014 after my Mamaw's passing.
